By accessing and using Unravel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Unravel is an AI-powered text analysis service that helps users identify rhetorical patterns, logical fallacies, and analytical insights in text content. The Service processes content through various AI language models and provides structured analysis results.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to process illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing
• Abuse API endpoints or attempt to disrupt service operation
• Use automated systems to excessively access the Service
• Share admin credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or deceptive content

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit for analysis. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing analysis. We do not claim ownership of your content or analysis results.

5. AI-Generated Analysis

Analysis results are generated by AI language models and should be considered as suggestions rather than definitive conclusions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated analysis. Users should:

• Use their own judgment when interpreting results
• Not rely solely on AI analysis for critical decisions
• Understand that AI models may produce inconsistent results

6. Model Tiers and Billing

The Service offers multiple model tiers with different capabilities and costs:

• Fast: Quick analysis using efficient models
• Standard: Balanced performance and quality
• Deep: Comprehensive analysis using advanced models
• Uncensored: Analysis without content filtering

Usage costs are tracked and displayed in the admin interface. You are responsible for monitoring and managing your usage.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party AI providers including OpenRouter, OpenAI, and various language model providers. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms of these third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Third-party service outages
• Technical issues
• Circumstances beyond our control

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or content
• Inaccurate or incomplete analysis results
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Actions taken based on AI-generated analysis

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
